Exhortation:
Beloved, the enemy is a master of deception, and one of his most insidious weapons is shame. He seeks to cripple us with feelings of inadequacy, guilt, and disgrace, hindering us from stepping into our God-ordained destinies. But the Word of God declares that we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus! We are redeemed, forgiven, and clothed in the righteousness of God. Today, we rise up in the power of the Holy Ghost to dismantle every arrow of shame fired against us. We will not cower in fear or hide in disgrace. We will boldly proclaim our identity in Christ and walk in the fullness of His victory. Let us stand firm, knowing that greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world!
Confession:
Heavenly Father, we come before You acknowledging our shortcomings and the times we have allowed shame to take root in our hearts. We confess any areas where we have believed the lies of the enemy, where we have felt unworthy or condemned. We confess any past mistakes or failures that the enemy uses to taunt us. Lord, we repent for every time we have allowed the opinions of others or our own negative self-talk to define us. We confess that our identity is found in You alone. We are Your children, bought with a price, and nothing can separate us from Your love. Forgive us, Lord, for allowing shame to hold us back. We receive Your forgiveness and declare ourselves free from the bondage of shame. In Jesus name, Amen.
