Brethren,

Our joy is not just a fleeting emotion; it is a gift from God, one that the enemy constantly tries to steal. In the kingdom of God, joy is a weapon of warfare. It is your strength, as the Bible tells us in Nehemiah 8:10,  “The joy of the Lord is your strength.”  Therefore, when strongmen assigned against our joy arise, we must stand in faith, armed with the authority given to us by Christ, and declare their defeat. Let us remember, as it is written in Romans 16:20,  “The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.”  The strongman assigned against your joy has no power over you. As you pray today, remember that victory is already assured. Stand firm in your faith, declare the Word of God, and watch as every stronghold falls.

I decree and declare that every strongman assigned against my joy is crushed by the power in the name of Jesus. I put on the whole armor of God and stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ. I speak to every demonic power assigned to steal my joy and scatter them now. The joy of the Lord is my portion, and I claim it by faith. I declare that my joy will no longer be hindered by any strongman or evil power in the name of Jesus Christ. I receive full restoration of my joy, peace, and happiness.
